This Privacy Policy explains how Morphi (“Morphi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Morphi mobile app (the “App”).

5. AI Coaching and Service Providers

To provide personalized AI coaching, we share the content of your in-app coaching messages and relevant context (such as recent sleep data and prior coaching turns) with our AI infrastructure provider, Anthropic, PBC, which processes that content to generate coaching responses on our behalf.

Anthropic processes this content under contractual restrictions and does not use it to train its general AI models, providing protections for this data consistent with this Policy. We ask for your explicit consent inside the App before any of your information is shared with Anthropic, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the App’s Settings, which stops any further sharing. 10. Crisis and Safety Disclosure

Morphi is a wellness app and is not a crisis intervention service. If you are in emotional distress or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact:

Morphi may surface crisis resource information in response to certain user inputs, but cannot respond to emergencies and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

11. Children

Morphi is intended for users 17 years of age or older. The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to the App, please contact us at gleb@morphisleep.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.

Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

The App may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any revisions. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
