Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Morphi mobile app (the “App”) provided by Morphi (“Morphi”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. If you are between 17 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Wellness App, Not Medical Care
Morphi is a wellness and self-help tool. It is not a medical device, medical provider, or substitute for professional medical care.
- The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- The App is not intended for use in connection with the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any mental health condition, sleep disorder, or other medical issue.
- Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- If you have a medical condition or believe you may have one, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
Crisis support
If you are in emotional distress, having thoughts of suicide, or experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out for help. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It is free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Morphi is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Providing accurate information
- All activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the App’s security, infrastructure, or functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Misuse subscription, payment, or restore-purchase flows
- Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others
5. Subscriptions and Billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
Some features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
Auto-renewable subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription options
Pricing and available subscription plans are displayed in the App and may vary by country and applicable taxes.
6. Refunds
Apple processes billing and refunds for in-app purchases made through the App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, content, branding, name, and visual assets, is owned by or licensed to Morphi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. User Content
If you submit content through the App — including coaching responses, notes, sleep logs, and chat messages — you grant Morphi a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to operate, improve, and personalize the App, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit. You retain ownership of your content.
9. AI Coaching Disclosures
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized sleep coaching content.
- AI-generated responses are based on the information you provide and on patterns learned from training data.
- AI coaching may be imperfect, may contain errors, and should not be relied upon as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
- We continuously work to improve the quality and safety of AI-generated content, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific situation.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is linked from within the App and is available at the same support site as these Terms.
11. Account Deletion and Data Export
You may delete your account or export your data at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Account deletion may be subject to a brief grace period during which you can restore the account by signing in again, after which all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.
Exported data is provided in JSON format.
12. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific health, sleep, or wellness outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morphi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Morphi (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morphi and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. You may also delete your account through the in-app Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law, security, or operational reasons. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
